Industry awards and recognition are certainly nice to have, but I think being in the game (especially among outstanding players like Google, iPhone, Yahoo, YouTube, Seth Godin, etc.) is achievement in itself. It's about the journey and not the destination.
Finalists were selected from reader nominations for the ClickZ Marketing Excellence Awards 2007 — organizations and people that met eligibility requirements. A panel of industry practitioners, including contributors to ClickZ and Search Engine Watch, will determine the final winners. They will be announced at a gala dinner celebration in New York City on October 24, 2007, and posted on ClickZ later that evening.
