Wow, the first quarter of this year is flying by fast. I recently made a blog post on LyrisHQ.com about how integrated marketing communications has evolved into integrated marketing. Further, tri-messaging (crafted and well-orchestrated messages for email, social and mobile channels) is emerging as a new marketing best practice, given a number of factors including consumer behaviors and preferences.
