This is a peek at the new Creatorbase brand and website, set to fully launch in early 2026. It's the beginning of a future community experience designed for people across many roles and industries worldwide.
Creatorbase is in semi-stealth mode, but I wanted to give you a preview of the fresh brand identity, a temporary community hub site, and new evergreen content that sheds light on the journey, a value creation approach, and 2026 goals. It's your first look at how Creatorbase will connect its past with future possibilities, especially as the community navigates the incredible landscape of the AI era.
It's all about adapting to change, seizing new opportunities, and empowering people. At its core, Creatorbase is being human-centered and AI-enabled for meaningful value creation.
Why now?
AI's impact and opportunities are increasingly in the headlines. During my extended break from publishing on Creatorbase.com over the past five years (time flies when you're having fun) and incredibly rewarding work at ServiceNow since 2020, I've seen what's possible with advanced technology in a hypergrowth business environment.
It's been truly inspiring!
Full transparency, I'm based in the organization that co-created, launched, and is growing ServiceNow University for learners everywhere. This experience, combined with significant research, has been a driving force for the next chapter of Creatorbase. For example, the 2025 Workforce Skills Forecast report, a recent study by Pearson and ServiceNow, clearly highlights talent shortages, the urgent need for upskilling and reskilling, and key recommendations for navigating the evolving future of work.
The future of work is our reality right now. It means skillfully managing for talent shortages, embracing new skill opportunities, and getting ready for what's next. We're all part of a global economy that needs more workers, even with AI stepping up in powerful ways. According to the report, by 2030, nearly 8 million U.S. roles will be affected by agentic AI, meaning organizations must invest in reskilling programs, smart job design, and strong AI governance to stay ahead.
For me, this isn't just about adapting; it's about contributing to a human renaissance. I see a future where AI doesn't replace people, but instead empowers us—both individuals and businesses—to connect, learn, create, and grow through intentional relationship-building and upskilling. It's about fostering more impactful and reliable co-creation with people, advanced tools and practices.
As Jayney Howson, SVP, Learning and Development at ServiceNow, said in the report: "With the help of AI, organizations have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to unleash a human renaissance defined by creativity."
This resonates with me. How about you?
Report insights
For People Managers: To keep your best people, think about a strategic shift. Move beyond just focusing on individual roles and start organizing agile, co-creation teams. This collaborative approach is vital to move forward, especially given the critical skills gap mentioned in the report and other available data. It's about empowering collective intelligence and action.
For Employees: If you want to open up more career opportunities, the best time to start co-creating tomorrow's skills is today. Investing in continuous learning and upskilling isn't just helpful, it's how to future-proof your career in our fast-changing world. Consider embracing The Co-creators Way for professional development and meaningful value creation for scale.
My human nature
I'm inherently driven by customer success, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies. When I paused Creatorbase.com publishing in 2020 to focus 110% on ServiceNow, it felt a little unnatural. Publishing useful content for people is like a product delivery experience that I genuinely enjoy.
Back in the early 2000s, while at Sun Microsystems, I introduced the concept of "Observe, Innovate, and Lead for the new OIL in our digital world." This thinking has guided me ever since I co-created a desktop learning and productivity product (Copy Grip) in my early twenties. I had the original idea, but several other co-creators helped to design it, manufacture it, and bring it to market for students and computer users.
This co-creation experience, early in career with a sustainable design approach, shaped my product mindset to this day.
Press shot for launch
Retail merchandizing
Adult learning
For the past several years at ServiceNow, every piece of content, outbound communication, or new channel I helped to co-create and deliver was like a mini product development and go-to-market (GTM) cycle. It's fun because it's my nature!
Going forward, I'm committed to supporting a human renaissance enabled by learning and co-creation with people and AI.
Creatorbase launch plan
Initially, it will require dedicated time during some evenings and weekends, limited to no more than five hours per week. I'm a big believer in maintaining a healthy work/life balance. To achieve this, I'll rely on approved contributors and select AI practices to manage weekly goals. Essentially, I, alongside key contributors, will connect, learn, create, and grow for Creatorbase and more.
There will be opportunities to contribute—with community content and experiences—for the 2026 launch and beyond. Subscribe to learn more.
In 2026, my professional focus will remain on ServiceNow and our incredible team. I will also look for ways to help creators with the new Creatorbase for their relationship-building, skills development, and career advancement.
